On our first visit, he did a comprehensive, full body assessment to understand where the body's imbalances were before even looking at the neck. He identified issues that I've known, but had not mentioned, and didn't think were obvious. In addition to the physical work he did on the injured area and surrounding areas, he said something that stuck with me since our first session - "movement heals the body". This idea has helped me address a lot of minor issues on my own. Overall, very knowledgeable professional who wants to help his patients improve. Highly recommended.

Fantastinen kokemus: This clinic is a lifesaver. I have been having all sorts of random pains due to my posture and lack of movement and heard from it through my wife. Jack is a real professional, he creates a plan based on your needs and helps you with tips on how to improve your posture and generally how to keep everything in check through stretches and exercises. He’s also really friendly and you’ll share some good laughs during the whole process. He does only speak English so some Finns might be caught off guard, and they do not know what they are missing out on.

Fantastinen kokemus: I had developed hip pain quite early in the pregnancy that I couldn’t put down my lower back to the floor. It has continued for nine months after delivery until I seek help from Jack. After 5 times of treatment that the pain has almost gone, like a magic! Fantastinen kokemus: I would highly recommend Jack Seeley as a chiropractor. I was due to embark on a 4 month study exchange in Helsinki when I developed chronic back pain. Jack conducted a thorough assessment and recommended a programme of treatment. I attended the clinic over 12 sessions, after which I felt significantly better. Jack gave me useful advice and stretching exercises to help me during and after the treatment. Jack is very personable and made me feel welcome and at ease as soon as we met. Jack also gave me some useful information about Helsinki which was very helpful during my first few weeks of living in this city. He was also very accommodating when I needed to rearrange some appointments due to my study commitments. Overall, a wonderful service for which I am extremely grateful!

Fantastinen kokemus: On a recent 9-hour flight to visit family in Finland, my lower back went out. In considerable discomfort, I was fortunate enough to wander past the office of Dr. Jack Seeley, a chiropractor in Helsinki. He worked me into his schedule, and not only addressed and relieved my lower back issue, but provided some enhanced mobility to the rest of my back, my neck and my shoulders. Even though he knew I wouldn’t be seeing him again, as my visit to Finland was only a week+, he took the time to address my problem comprehensively, and suggested some stretching exercises to prevent further similar problems. His treatment and follow up advice were so good that, even if lived in Helsinki, I’m not sure I would have needed to see him again. He’s good! Thank you, Dr, Jack!

He did a thorough assessment, identified some issues very quickly, and suggested a treatment plan.
